Grupo Colabora is a multi-business holding with operations spanning U.S.-based landscaping services and real estate. We're looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operation of our landscaping business end-to-end — routes, crews, clients, quotes, vendors — while also supporting operations across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping Operations (core focus)

• Own weekly route planning and crew/subcontractor coordination

• Be the main point of contact for property managers and institutional clients

• Handle client issues and escalations, investigate and resolve quickly

• Prepare and send quotes for standard and non-standard work

• Manage the operations admin team and hold them accountable to performance

• Track vendor pipeline and prospect new institutional accounts

• Own basic P&L visibility: costs, margins, pricing decisions

Real Estate Operations

• Support tenant management and building operations

• Coordinate maintenance and vendor logistics

• Keep operational reporting current for ownership

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations, client accounts, or field teams

• Strong written and spoken English

• Comfortable with Excel and quick to learn new tools

• Organized, calm under pressure, good judgment on when to escalate vs. resolve

• Able to manage more than one business line at once

Compensation: $2,500–$3,000/month
