Technical Skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems required, preferably HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for contact management, pipelines, workflows, and sequences

  • Experience using DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms

  • Comfortable working in cloud-based technology environments

Communication & Professional Skills

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders

  • Experience working in a professional business environment

Marketing & Digital Experience

Preferred experience includes:

  • WordPress content updates and backend management

  • Basic landing page structure, forms, and tool integrations

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools to interpret website traffic and engagement data

  • Strong analytical thinking and foundational business intelligence skills
