Real Estate Appointment Setter
We are hiring a senior-level Real Estate Appointment Setter with proven experience contacting expired listings, FSBOs, and internet-generated leads. This is not an entry-level role — the client is looking for an assertive, highly skilled communicator who can confidently handle multiple objections, navigate high-rejection outreach, and convert low-answer-rate campaigns into consistent appointments.
The ideal candidate has made thousands of outbound calls, thrives in a high-volume autodialer environment, and is comfortable speaking with homeowners who are often contacted by numerous agents.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls daily using the MoJo autodialer.
Work across multiple lead sources:
Expired listings
For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
Internet and marketing-generated leads
Identify seller motivation and secure qualified listing appointments.
Conduct follow-up calls to gather additional property or seller information.
Execute the client-provided script and participate in daily role-play during the first hour of each shift.
Confidently overcome a minimum of three objections before closing out a call.
Accurately track all call activity, notes, and conversions within MoJo and the client’s CRM.
Maintain high energy, persistence, and professionalism throughout every interaction.
Required Experience
2+ years as a Real Estate cold caller or appointment setter.
Direct experience calling expired listings and FSBOs.
Extensive experience using autodialers — MoJo strongly preferred.
Proven ability to:
Navigate high-rejection, high-volume call environments
Handle 1,000+ dials per week
Convert low-answer-rate campaigns into booked appointments
