Business Development Representative (Portuguese)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the sales team, with a focus on the Brazilian market. You’ll engage potential clients through multiple communication channels, manage outreach campaigns, and ensure a smooth transition of opportunities to sales and event recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate and qualify leads. 
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team. 
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. 
- Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent engagement with prospects. 
- Support recruitment for marketing or sales events as needed. 
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B prospecting, lead generation, or appointment setting. 
- Strong background in cold calling and handling objections. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Portuguese fluency (85%+) and good English proficiency. 
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work toward targets. 
- Basic understanding of IT products and services or eagerness to learn in a technical environment. 
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools is an advantage.
