We are seeking a detail-oriented database/spreadsheet savvy individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing and managing the data/content readiness of our e-commerce website. Your primary focus will be product data curation, transformation, and optimization to accurately reflect our offerings and drive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Curation: Source and curate relevant product content from various suppliers and PIM data provider to keep the catalog data current.
• Product Search Optimization: Optimize onsite product search by incorporating relevant keywords, product attributes, and other search prioritization methods.
• Product Presentation: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing and feature-focus on the website.
• Data Management: Manage content by updating SQL automation workflows, import/export and transformation of database/Excel curated data, and other data maintenance and validation processes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content, search activity, and sales results using analytics tools to report to sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Content Maintenance: Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with brand standards.

Product Data Sourcing – Previous experience in gathering and curating product data, preferably for e-commerce platforms.
Search Optimization – Knowledge of keyword research, product attributes, and prioritization methods to enhance onsite search functionality.
E-Commerce Content Management – Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) tools.
Performance Tracking & Analytics – Experience monitoring digital content performance, analyzing sales and search activity, and providing actionable insights.
