Sales Representative
As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline across existing and new accounts. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, answering product and shipping inquiries while developing long-term relationships through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
This role requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, as well as a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and priorities
Generate new sales opportunities within assigned accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Provide accurate product, pricing, and shipping information
Handle objections, resolve conflicts, and deliver timely solutions
Follow established sales processes, SOPs, templates, and scripts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data in the CRM (Salesforce)
Track sales targets and monitor performance (Actual vs. Target)
Report on account activity, transactions, and sales forecasts
Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to improve sales performance

Hiring Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong English communication and comprehension skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or international account management
Experience managing international accounts
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Experience selling one or more of the following:
Consumer electronics
Gaming consoles
Small home appliances
Laptops or similar technology products
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up
Consistent achievement of KPIs (revenue, calls, deals closed, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interest or knowledge in technology devices (professional or personal)
Experience managing US, Canada, or LATAM accounts within the last 3 years
Experience handling pipelines of 100+ accounts
Familiarity with structured sales processes, SOPs, and scripts
