E-commerce Operations Coordinator

We are launching a new digital wellness e-commerce brand and are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Operations Coordinator for the first 60 days.

This is not a strategic role — it is a hands-on operational and reporting position focused on supporting the Founder, tightening workflows, and taking administrative load off the marketing team.

To succeed, the candidate must have prior e-commerce experience and be fully comfortable working in Shopify from day one.

This is a PT and 2 month contract position. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Weekly KPI Consolidation
Pull metrics from Shopify, GA4, Meta/Google dashboards, and vendor reports, and consolidate them into a clean weekly summary (no analysis needed).

2. Maintain Dashboards & Trackers
Keep KPI trackers structured, accurate, and fully updated every week.

3. Meeting Coordination
Attend vendor and internal team calls, take clear notes, track tasks, and follow up on deliverables.

4. Calendar & Deadline Management
Maintain the master operations calendar: launch dates, reporting cycles, vendor timelines, and reminders.

5. Shopify Admin Support (Non-Technical)
Make basic updates (titles, tags, descriptions, prices, visibility), check for broken links, and ensure product/page accuracy.

6. Affiliate Program Administration
Track onboarding, store agreements, update affiliate spreadsheets, and maintain status logs.

7. Google Drive Organization
Create and maintain folder structures for reports, SOPs, agreements, and operational documents.

8. Light Customer Support (Template-Based)
Respond to simple inquiries using scripts; escalate when needed.

9. Documentation & SOP Support
Create straightforward process documents, checklists, and summaries.

10. General Operational Support
Handle administrative and coordination tasks that keep workflows moving during the launch.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVES)

🔹 E-Commerce

  • 3+ years in e-commerce or marketing operations

  • Experience supporting product launches or fast-paced digital environments

🔹 Shopify

  • Strong, hands-on experience in Shopify Admin

  • Able to update product pages, tags, visibility, and basic settings

  • Able to QA pages for errors or inconsistencies

🔹 Reporting & KPIs

  • Skilled at pulling KPIs from Shopify, GA4, and ad platform dashboards

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

  • Strong ability to structure, clean, and consolidate data

🔹 Organization

  • Excellent follow-through

  • Comfortable managing calendars, deadlines, and reporting cycles
