Job Overview:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at UAM, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and presenting data to support business decision-making. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  2. Report Development: Design and create reports and dashboards using reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other relevant software.
  3. Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing quality checks and collaborating with data entry teams.
  4. Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of various processes within the BPO organization.
  5. Client Communication: Work closely with clients to understand their reporting requirements and provide timely and accurate reports to meet their needs.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams, including operations, quality assurance, and IT, to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Analytics, Statistics, etc.).
  • Advanced English Skills
  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BPO industry metrics and reporting requirements. - Required
  • Excel advanced knowledge - Required 
  • Familiarity with contact center operations.
