The Virtual Assistant will provide high-impact support across content creation, marketing, operations, research, and client experience.
This is a growth-oriented position for someone who enjoys learning, refining, and helping build something meaningful.

You will work closely with the Founder to streamline execution, elevate brand presence, and strengthen the systems that support clients and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content, Slides & Material Development
  • Support development of professional slide decks, worksheets, workbooks, proposals, and leadership resources
  • Format and refine materials using Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, GammaAI, and other AI tools
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials
2. Research & Thought Leadership Support
  • Conduct research on leadership trends, best practices, organizational development, and workplace culture
  • Summarize insights into clear, usable content for presentations, articles, and social posts
  • Stay curious and proactive in identifying emerging topics relevant to LAY-Up’s audience
3. Marketing & LinkedIn Support
  • Assist with LinkedIn content scheduling, posting, and engagement
  • Support email marketing, newsletters, and lead magnet development
  • Help organize content calendars and marketing campaigns





4. Operations & Administrative Support
  • Support business operations including document management, file organization, scheduling, and workflows
  • Manage and track the Trademark process and related documentation
  • Assist with project coordination across multiple client engagements
5. Client & Customer Experience
  • Support client communications and follow-up
  • Help manage surveys, feedback forms, and assessments
  • Ensure a professional, responsive, and warm client experience
6. AI & Systems Optimization
  • Apply strong AI skills to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of content and operations
  • Explore new tools, test workflows, and help refine internal processes

Qualifications & Skills
Required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
  • Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, GammaAI, etc.) and enthusiasm for learning more
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and reliability
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred
  • Understanding of leadership development, executive coaching, or general HR concepts
  • Experience with LinkedIn marketing and basic digital marketing principles
  • Survey development experience (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
