Position Overview:
As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging learning content using our dynamic learning platform. You will help foster a positive company culture by designing and implementing impactful training programs that empower associates to perform at their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive and engaging training content that is tailored to the specific needs of associates, ensuring an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to equip associates with the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
  • Design and implement programs that reflect and promote the company’s values and culture, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Utilize the learning platform to effectively deliver training content, track progress, and gather actionable feedback to continuously improve programs.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to enhance impact.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values of Love, Respect, and Integrity with professionalism and positivity.
Key Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate), and Learning Management System (LMS) principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in creating engaging online courses with multimedia content and interactive features.
  • A strong track record of producing compelling multimedia content that captivates, motivates, and inspires learners.
  • Skilled in video production and post-production editing.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
  • A personable and approachable nature, with a passion for delivering excellent service and building strong relationships within both internal and external communities.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training programs to address them.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams, helping individuals reach their full potential.
